These terms of business apply to the

By reading this
documents and continuing to complete our enquiry form you accept the terms
fully. A printed version of these terms of business is available from our
web site system or by telephone on 01235 559527.
A printed terms of business document will be posted to you if you are unable
to print one yourself from our web site system. We charge a fee for
arranging your mortgage please refer to the section below for full details.
What we provide.
We work solely for our clients and
customers in sourcing a mortgage product that is suitable for requirements,
that takes into account affordability, customer preferences, speed and any
other circumstance given in the commercial
mortgage enquiry form.
Enquiries may be made only by completing the enquiry form on our web site.
We have no facility for offering paper enquiry forms.
Our advice is based on understanding your circumstances and the suppliers of
business finance over many years.
Whose mortgages and loans do we offer?
We work in conjunction with
a number of specialist lenders, banks, master brokers all with commercial
and business expertise.
What will you have to pay
us for this service?
We will charge you a fee
of 1% of the loan or mortgage amount with a
minimum of £1000 (or whatever
is agreed subject to negotiation) for arranging and processing your
finance. There may be an up front fee depending on whether a property
valuation is required, a business plan has to be prepared or advice extends
beyond placing a loan. Proposition assessments may be charged but this will
be quoted before and work is carried out. The full fee for arranging the
finance will be payable at 50% on receipt of the offer of finance and 50% on
completion of the finance.

Confidentiality
We will treat all your
personal information as private and confidential (even when you are no
longer a customer) except where we are permitted by Law or where disclosure
is made at your request or with your consent in relation to arranging your
mortgage. You have the right of access under the Data protection Act 1998 to
your personal records held on our files.
Please note that to obtain an agreement in principle from a lender this will
require a full credit search. This search may also reveal persons linked to
your address and a search may leave a footprint on your credit file and
possibly any person or persons linked to you or your address. For us to
assess your enquiry if you inform us you have an adverse credit history we
will search the register of county court judgments before we match your
enquiry to one or more products. By completing the enquiry form you
automatically agree to this.
By submitting an enquiry to us you
accept all the above conditions.

e may pass your dietails on to one of our financing partners to assist in efficient placing of your requirements. You will be told in advance of this.What to do if you
have a complaint
We aim to provide you with a first class professional and confidential
service. We have internal procedures for handling complaints fairly and
promptly and should a complaint arise you should contact our Compliance
Officer at Tricon Ltd. PO Box 8 Abingdon, Oxon. OX14 4GT or telephone 01235 521001
Thereafter should the complaint not be resolved to your satisfaction
we will assist you in resolving it by referring it to the Financial
Ombudsman Service scheme of which we are members.
Are we covered by the
Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
Commercial
mortgages are not regulated by the FSA therefore we cannot offer
access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme
Think carefully before securing other debts against your property. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
