Rates will be higher than high street banks but they will not offer you the funds anyway. The rates are usually about 2% to 5% higher than you may see from a mainstream bank.

We specialise in helping small businesses and sole traders. You must have freehold or long lease premises to which the mortgage can be secured. We cannot help if you just rent from a landlord.
